Return & Refund Policy

At GRO Prints, customer satisfaction matters. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Custom or final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at orders@groprints.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and shipping address.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
